C.R.A.S.H. Club
(Comic Readers Are Super Heroes)

Everyone knows that reading is essential to a good education. Heroes & Dreams, LLC has a club dedicated to just that. Our CRASH Club helps promote reading in elementary school aged children by introducing them to comic books. Comics are an easy source of reading material for younger readers and are complimented by bright colorful pictures. Stories of good deeds, hope and even humor all help children want to read. In addition, comic books help develop imagination and art skills.

The CRASH Club is designed to make kids want to read and to help parents get books into their hands. All elementary school aged children (grades K-8) are eligible. Membership is $30.00 per year and each child who joins gets to come in once a month and choose one new comic book for free (from an appropriate title for their age). Titles will range from the all ages series of Marvel Adventures and Cartoon Network to Spider-Man, Batman, and the X-Men (only new standard comics are eligible for the C.R.A.S.H. Club, special editions, premium books, variant covers and back stock are NOT eligible). The comic chosen will be bagged and boarded to protect it and will help teach them to take care of their things. Additionally, on the last Saturday of every month at 12 p.m., we will have a comic reading in the store. The owner will pick a book that he feels is appropriate and that the children will enjoy and read it to them. There will be juice and cookies also.

Simply complete the membership form that can be downloaded below and return it to the store with your membership fee at your convenience. You will receive a membership card and a full schedule of all upcoming CRASH Club days and special events. As an added bonus, all CRASH Club members get 10% off all other comics and comic supplies as well as one free comic of their choice on their birthday!
